Important: Please read the following information carefully:

SHIPPING

We ship F.O.B. Virginia Beach, VA, with the exception of factory drop shipments and via the carrier of our choice. All shipping charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice. Items temporarily back-ordered are shipped immediately upon arrival in our warehouse.

DAMAGE/SHORTAGE CLAIMS

Buyer should inspect all orders/items for shipping damage or shortage. If damage has occurred, please note the damage on the delivery receipt and notify our customer service department immediately.

CATALOG PRICES

Due to market fluctuations, prices are subject to change without notice. Prices will be confirmed at the time of order.

MINIMUM ORDER

There is a $25.00 minimum order requirement.

CONFIRMING PURCHASE ORDERS

Confirming purchase orders is not necessary. If you must mail or fax them, please clearly mark them “confirming” in order to avoid duplication.

TERMS

Net 30 days to accounts with established credit. Open account is available to qualified customers. We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express credit cards.

SALES TAX

We are required by law to add applicable sales tax to all orders. If you are tax exempt, please submit your tax exemption certificate.

PRICING POLICY

Although we intend to maintain prices during the life of our mailings, promotions whether in print or electronic form, we reserve the right, to be exercised at our sole discretion, to revise prices, limit quantities and correct printing/pricing errors.

RETURNS

Items must be returned within 30 days from receipt. A Return Authorization is required prior to return. Contact Advance Safety at 757-248-8802 or toll free 1-877-248-5999 for a return authorization number and return instructions. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to shipper freight collect. A minimum restocking charge of 15% will be assessed on all returned items. Items must be in excellent, resalable condition and packaged in original shipping carton, if possible. Merchandise will be inspected upon return and any service or repair required returning it to like new, saleable condition will be added to the restocking charge. Shipping charges should be prepaid unless otherwise arranged in advance and received within 30 days of issuance of the Return Authorization. No COD’s accepted. Customized and non-stock products are not eligible for return.

Advance Safety Equipment Co. will not be bound or liable by any terms and conditions imposed by a third party.

LIMITED WARRANTY

All products found in this catalog have been manufactured by other parties. These products may be warranted by their respective manufacturer against defects in workmanship and materials that arise during normal use. There may be a limited term to any of these manufacturers’ warranties, and these warranties may be invalidated by any misuse of the products. The manufacturers have provided all statistical information found in this catalog. These statistics are reproduced solely for the Buyer’s information and convenience. This catalog does not represent these statistics as being accurate. Determining the adequacy of any product for any intended purpose is the sole responsibility of the Buyer. In making that determination, the Buyer has not relied upon any warranty or representation made by our company. We do not recognize the authority of any agent, employee or representative of our company to bind us to any representation, affirmation of fact or warranty, expressed or implied. No warranty shall be created by any statement made in this catalog for the advertisement or promotion of any product.

Our company makes no warranties of any kind. Any and all warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed by our company. Any claim for consequential or incidental damages arising out of or connected to the manufacture, sale, delivery or use of any product found in this catalog shall in no event be our company’s liability. In all events, our liability shall be limited to and shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the products by the Buyer.
